Product descriptions, formats, prices, availability, taxes, delivery options, and any additional charges applicable to an order are displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout.

Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled after payment has been received, the affected amount will be refunded.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Pre-orders

Products marked as Pre-order are not yet available for immediate dispatch. The expected publication or dispatch date will be shown on the product page where available.

Publication and production schedules may occasionally change. If a material delay affects a pre-order, we will provide updated information and, where appropriate, the option to cancel the affected order for a refund before dispatch.

Digital Editions

Digital products may include EPUB, PDF, or other downloadable formats identified on the product page.

Unless otherwise stated, purchase of a digital edition grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the file for private purposes.
